Automate the unit-launch checklist
Lesson 4 of 5 · Workflows & automation
1 · Learn the move · Power-ups + stakes
Every unit launches the same way: the standards pulled, the days placed on the calendar, the materials ordered, the family overview sent, the first check written. The tool can run the list end to end from your unit folder and the calendar, and stop at the two places it cannot proceed: a family-facing overview before you have read it, and anything that depends on which students are in the room. Those are yours.
Turn my unit launch into a checklist a tool runs: the steps in order, what each produces, and the two stops where it waits for me. No student goes in by name; the family overview and any grouping are [YOUR CALL: ...].
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
The ecosystems unit starts in eleven days. You have the folder, the calendar and the materials list from last year. Write the launch as a checklist that runs itself up to the points that are yours.
Write the prompt for this scenario as given, or swap in a real one from your own work. The score works the same either way.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
