Spec the follow-up cadence for missing field-trip forms

Lesson 3 of 5 · Workflows & automation

1 · Learn the move · Specific task + easy yes

Eighteen of twenty-seven forms are back and the trip is in nine days. A follow-up sequence is the cadence written once: day 1 a class reminder, day 3 a note to the families still missing, day 6 a call list. The tool writes the cadence and the drafts. It never sees who is missing. The list of names stays with you, the notes go out lettered on your side, and whether a family gets a call instead of a note is [YOUR CALL: ...].

Spec a follow-up sequence for missing permission forms: the days, the channel, the draft for each touch, and what I do at each step that a tool cannot. No student goes in by name; I hold the list.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

Field trip in nine days, nine forms out. Last year you sent one reminder and chased the rest on the bus. Write the cadence, with the drafts, and keep the names on your side of the line.

Write the prompt for this scenario as given, or swap in a real one from your own work. The score works the same either way.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
