Your skill library
Build-along · ~10 min at your own keyboard
Each hardened skill is a process that now runs without you, and they compose. The library IS the asset: it's what makes your AI setup worth more every month instead of resetting to zero each session. Inventory it, name the gaps, keep building.
Your starter: Skills a classroom runs weekly
ChecklistMake it yours: Replace the four with the tasks your week repeats, keep the first-position rule for the scanner, and strike any skill that needs a student's name to work.
[ ] scan-first: takes any paste and returns it with every student lettered and a diff. Refuses to call the result safe. Runs before everything else. [ ] sub-plan: takes a lesson plan and returns a bell-to-bell plan a stranger can run, with the seating note as [YOUR CALL: what the sub needs, no student named]. [ ] note-home: takes the facts I typed and returns a short family note that states no level I did not give it and decides nothing. The decision stays yours. [ ] week-view: takes the unit folder and the calendar and returns Monday to Friday with the break days marked. Struck: anything that needed a student's name to work.
The coach checks that what you paste back is your own work. The starter pasted back unchanged won't pass.
